چکیده
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have been widely utilized in the field of sensing due to their specific and high affinity towards target molecules. Combining selective preconcentration capability MIPs rapid quantitation merit optical analytical techniques, MIP sensors applied analysis various kinds samples received considerable attention recent years. In this review, we overviewed progress combination with detection methods, including fluorescence, surface plasmon resonance, Raman scattering, chemiluminescence. The construction, characterization, working principle, application four are covered detail. Finally, opportunities challenges currently encountered by summarized.

o protect personnel from hazardous materials, substances must be unambiguously detected in real time. This goal is being pursued with the application of a wide range of technologies. Most chemical sensors must strike a compromise between sensitivity and selectivity to meet the real-time goal. The sensor platform described in this article is designed to eliminate any such compromise. Thus far, w...
متن کاملSteady-State Fluorescence Anisotropy Studies of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Sensors
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) are used as recognition elements in biochemical sensors. In a fluorescence-based MIP sensor system, it can be difficult to distinguish the analyte fluorescence from the fluorescence of the polymer itself. We studied steady-state fluorescence anisotropy of anthracene imprinted in a polymer (polyurethane) matrix. Vertically polarized excitation light was inci...
